Return and Exchange
During a reflection period of fourteen days (hereinafter: the “Reflection Period”), the Customer can dissolve the Agreement without giving any reasons (hereinafter: the “Right of Withdrawal”).
The Reflection Period commences on the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer received the Product. In the event that the Customer ordered several Products in the same Order, the Reflection Period commences on the day on which the Customer or the third party designated by the Customer received the last Product.
During the Reflection Period, the Customer will handle the Products, the packaging and the labels with care. The Customer will only unpack or use the Product to the extent required to determine the nature and characteristics of the Product. The starting point in this is that the Customer may only use and inspect the Product as it is customary in a physical shop.
The Customer is liable for any decrease in value of the Product that results from any handling by the Customer in breach of the previous paragraph.
In the event that the Customer wishes to exercise his or her Right of Withdrawal of the product, he or she informs YOR of this within the Reflection Period by filling in the Product(s) Return Form.
The Customer returns the Product (including the labels) as quickly as possible, but in any event within the Reflection Period.
The Customer returns the Product together with all accessories delivered, in the original condition and packaging.
The Customer returns the Product as follows:
- the Customer must fill in the Product(s) Return Form in the bottom of this page
- the Product(s) must be neatly packed and shipped to the following address: MB „KAŽI KAS“, S. Staškevičiūtės str. 1-1, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT- 04224
- the Customer must ensure that the Product(s) will be delivered to YOR;
- the return costs are paid by the Customer.
In the event that the Customer wishes to exchange the Product for another Product, the following applies:
- the Customer must fill in the Product(s) Return Form in the bottom of this page and fill in additional information about the product he or she wishes to exchange.
- the Product(s) must be neatly packed and shipped to the following address: MB „KAŽI KAS“, S. Staškevičiūtės str. 1-1, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT- 04224
- the Customer must ensure that the Product(s) will be delivered to YOR;
- the return costs are paid by the Customer;
- YOR sends the new Order if it is stock in accordance with the stipulations in these terms and conditions after YOR has received the returned Product(s);
- the Customer does not pay any shipping costs for the new Order.
If a faulty item is delivered, please contact us by email simona@yorjewelry.com, providing information on the faulty item received. The following applies:
- the Customer must fill in the Product(s) Return Form at the bottom of this page.
- the Product(s) must be neatly packed and shipped to the following address: MB „KAŽI KAS“, S. Staškevičiūtės str. 1-1, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT- 04224;
- upon receipt of the faulty Product returned, we will inspect it and if the returned Product is confirmed as being faulty, a new Product will be sent by us to the Customer within the period of two working days;
- if we do not have the returned Product in its original colour or size in stock, we will refund the full price paid for the Product within five calendar days;
- if a faulty item is returned or exchanged, we will cover its return and exchange expenses.
YOR assumes no responsibility for any damage, destruction or loss of the Product during its delivery back to us and we will not cover any losses. YOR recommends choosing the most reliable mode of shipment and to ensure the item that is sent back to us.
YOR will not accept return shipments if the Customer fails to satisfy the conditions stipulated in this article.
The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the Right of Withdrawal fall on the Customer.
YOR will process return shipments within 14 days after receipt and will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail regarding this. If the Customer failed to provide all the information required based on this article, the processing by YOR may take longer.
For the repayment, YOR uses the account number that the Customer specifies in the Product(s) Return Form. The repayment does not result in any costs for the Customer.
Products that the Customer purchased in the Web Shop can only be returned in the manner stipulated in these terms and conditions.
